Jacobs Clemons

Landscape Architect

I was born and raised in Tupelo, Mississippi, a town located in the northeastern portion of the state. Growing up there instilled a passion for the outdoors in me from an early age. As I grew older, that passion cultivated a strong belief in conservationism within me and guided me to some the most well-known pioneers of conservationism such as President Theodore Roosevelt, John Muir, and Aldo Leopold.

After seven years of military service, I decided to re-enroll in college. During my first year of enrollment at Mississippi State University, Landscape Architecture was introduced to me. I discovered that many of its core principles are deeply rooted in conservationism. When the opportunity presented itself for me to pursue a degree in Landscape Architecture, I saw it as the opportunity for me to pursue my lifelong passion, and the decision to study it was made with no hesitation.

Upon graduating with my degree in Landscape Architecture in May of 2023, I was blessed with the opportunity to relocate my family to Pikeville, Tennessee to join the team at Farmer|Morgan. I strive to bridge my passion for the outdoors, my work ethic, integrity, and discipline my military service instilled in me with everything the Farmer|Morgan team has to offer in order to redefine the standard for which our clients and end-users will come to expect from a design firm.
