[ Urban Design & Neighborhood Planning ]

Farmer | Morgan works with clients and stakeholders to develop physical and programmatic frameworks for large and complex urban infill projects.

The planning process begins with the design team assisting the client in defining their mission and goals. Followed by establishing a flexible framework with direction and approach which is integrated across physical and administrative boundaries. The process moves forward with in-depth inventory and analysis to the final strategic development plan. Farmer | Morgan has implemented this strategy for many new urbanist mixed-use developments. The final planning document includes the creation of schematic plans, diagrams, rendered images, and design plans for the construction of specific projects. Typically, these projects rely on the involvement of many stakeholders and evolve slowly taking a few years to complete.
